Mike Lucas
Construction Manager
Mike is a former sales associate at Olympia Steel Buildings, where he learned the ins and outs of sales and construction. Mike was doing some investing of his own when he learned about Citylife Construction and was immediately attracted to the opportunity and company. Mike took on the role of a project manager for the Citylife team.
He is originally from Dormont, PA and resides in Canonsburg, PA. When Mike is not working on rehabbing houses, he is playing basketball with his buddies or riding local trails on his quad.
Evan Augustine
Construction Sales Manager
Evan is a customer service professional who excels in data analytics, optimization, and customer interaction. After graduating with a double major in management information systems and supply chain management from Penn State Behren in 2017, he was offered a Graduate Assistant position in the Athletic Department. He worked the following year as the Assistant Sports Information Director while pursuing a master’s degree in Business Administration.
Post-graduation, Evan spent several years working in the energy industry before beginning his investment journey, both professionally and personally.
Evan was born and raised in the South Hills of Pittsburgh, and currently resides in Bridgeville. In his free time, he enjoys coaching and playing soccer at a local club, spending time with loved ones, and traveling when he gets the chance.
Casey Quinn
CEO and Co-Founder
Casey Quinn is the CEO and Co-Founder of CityLife Residential. Prior to CityLife Residential, Casey spent most of his career as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) at a global firm until 2018 when he became the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of a small residential real estate company.
CityLife Residential was created in mid-2019 and has experienced impressive growth. Within four (4) years, CityLife Residential has grown its portfolio upwards of $45M+ in Multi-Family units and $35M+ Single-Family properties. In fact, CityLife Residential was just recognized as Pittsburgh’s 3rd fastest growing company according To Pittsburgh Business Times’ 2023 Fast 50 List.
Casey excels as a leader in real estate and business because of the value he puts on continuing education and relationships. Casey belongs to multiple mastermind groups to help educate himself as well as build bonds with other CEOs and industry leaders. He also founded his own mastermind group for Pittsburgh real estate entrepreneurs called the Steel City Syndicate.
Known as The CFO of Real Estate, Casey has been a guest speaker at various conferences, universities, and podcasts and has been recognized in the Single-Family Rental space as an “Under 35 Rising Star” as well as a Business Elite “40-under-40”. He has grown CityLife Residential from 2 employees to over 50 employees/agents and the company was listed as a Pittsburgh Business Times’ Best Places to Work in 2021 , 2022 and 2023.
Casey is a Pittsburgh native, having grown up in the Mount Washington area and graduated from Duquesne University. He is a huge Pittsburgh Steelers fan. When he’s not cheering on the Black and Gold, he can often be found on the golf course. Casey and his wife Kelsey live in the Pittsburgh area with their sons Ashton and Cooper
Brian Kirchner
Co-Founder and Chief Real Estate Officer
Brian Kirchner is the Chief Real Estate Officer and Co-Founder of CityLife Residential.
Brian’s passion for real estate started at a young age when he learned some difficult lessons about the industry and about life. His family lived in the Knoxville area of Pittsburgh. In his young life, he experienced living in multiple homes without water or heat. He understood, firsthand, about the eviction process.
But he also learned about resilience and as he got older, a lot more about real estate. In his mid-twenties, he bought his first five (5) properties which led to him getting his Real Estate License at the age of 30. He quickly moved into learning everything he could about financial investment and the BRRRR Method.
Known as ‘the Real Estate Insider’, Brian now co-owns a brokerage and more than 600 units in the Pittsburgh area. He is a well-respected real estate expert and the ‘go to’ person in Pittsburgh for insight on residential, commercial, and investment sales.
Brian was also named a top producer in Western Pennsylvania and was voted the #1 social media agent in Pittsburgh.
Brian and his wife Sabrina live in the North Hills area with their two children, Sienna and Bryson. When he is not with his family, you can catch Brian working on his health and fitness.
Zachary (Zack) Susko
Chief Operating Officer
Zachary (Zack) Susko is the Chief Operating Officer of CityLife Residential. Prior to joining CityLife Residential, Zack served ten (10) years with Comtech Industries most recently as President and prior to that as Vice-President of Technology Innovation and Business Development. Comtech Industries is an Oil and Gas solutions provider focused on innovation within the Water and Waste segment of the industry.
Born in Pennsylvania and having spent most of his life in the Greater Pittsburgh area, Zack takes immense pride in serving our communities.
Wanting to give back to the community, Zack joined the Pittsburgh’s Leadership Development Initiative XXVI cohort, where he was nominated to the steering committee for his cohort’s Community Impact Project. For this project, Zack’s cohort arranged a community day of education and fun for the youth of the McKees Rocks community.
This same passion also led him to join the Board of Directors for the Washington Area Humane Society. Since joining the board in 2017, he has served the organization in roles including Board Secretary, Vice-President, and President.
Zack has been honored with Comtech Industries’ Award for Environmental Stewardship and Duquesne University’s James J Byrne Award for Responsible Leadership.
In his free time, Zack enjoys golfing, mountain biking, running, and spending time with his family and friends. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from The Ohio State University and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Duquesne University. Zack currently resides in the South Hills with his wife, Alexis, and their two dogs.
Keith Zimmerman
Construction Coordinator
Keith Zimmerman is the External Construction Coordinator for CityLife Construction. He brings 20 years of in-depth experience in the key areas of residential construction, renovation, and maintenance to the CityLife team. Prior to this position, Keith was the Lead Carpenter and Foreman for CityLife Residential.
Born and raised in the Carrick area, Keith takes pride in being a local Pittsburgh business owner. He operated two of his own companies – Zimmerman Remodeling and Zimmerman Inspection Services before joining the CityLife Residential team.
Keith loves working with local investors on how to increase the value of their properties. When he’s not working with the CityLife Construction Team, you’ll find him enjoying one of his many passions – enjoying time with his family, working on his cabin, fishing in the summer or skiing in the winter.

Stephanie Verna
Chief Financial Officer
Stephanie is an accomplished finance professional and certified public accountant with a diverse professional background, managing teams across multiple business functions including accounting, finance, information technology, human resources, logistics, compliance, and business risk mitigation. She has served on various companies’ executive leadership teams. Stephanie was instrumental in strategic planning development, overall business process optimization, and fulfilling organizational goals.
She was born and raised in the South Hills and stayed in Pittsburgh to graduate from Duquesne University. She currently resides in Laurel Highlands, where she serves her community as a township supervisor and police commissioner. In her free time, Stephanie enjoys traveling and hiking with her family and dog, Molly. One day, she hopes to hike all 2,190 miles of the Appalachian Trail.

Michael Schmidt
Chief Investment Officer
Michael is a finance and accounting leader with an extensive capital markets background who leverages past experiences in corporate planning and the management of cross-functional teams to drive organizational success. Michael is a certified public accountant with over 15 years of finance and accounting experience ranging from Big 4 public accounting to consumer products and oil and gas; with a recent focus on accessing capital markets as means of strengthening corporate balance sheets driving long-term sustainability and success.
Michael was born and raised in Bemus Point, NY, a small town on Chautauqua Lake approximately an hour south of Buffalo. Michael received undergraduate degrees in finance and accounting from Kent State University before obtaining a graduate degree from the University of Notre Dame. He moved to Pittsburgh in 2006 where he has established deep roots and a network that extends throughout the three rivers region. In his free time he enjoys golfing with friends, working out, and live music wherever he can find it.

Jeff Boscaino
Group Controller
Jeff is a proven accounting and finance leader working with companies of various sizes in many industries. Jeff graduated from the University of Pittsburgh, College of Business Administration, with degrees in finance and accounting. He began his career in Grant Thornton’s Pittsburgh office performing financial statement audits for private and publicly held entities. He spent the last chapter of his career with Shift4 Payments, leading their accounting team through over ten acquisitions and a successful IPO. Jeff also has ample experience in the real estate industry – he is an investor himself. He has supported the growth of his father and brother’s Eastern PA-based brokerage, mortgage, and title companies over the past several years. Jeff is extremely excited to start the next chapter of his career with CityLife!
Born and raised in the Philadelphia suburbs, Jeff lived in Dormont for many years before moving back to Eastern PA where he and his wife Amber have spent the past five years with their now one-year-old daughter, Madison. The Boscaino family is excited to move back to the Burgh! Jeff enjoys camping, sailing, and spending time with family and friends in his free time.

Tara Sill
Director of Brokerage Operations
Tara has been a Realtor for 4 years and loves every aspect of this business! She began her real estate journey as a part-time agent, which quickly accelerated to a full time passion. Having lived in Pittsburgh her entire life, Tara is very familiar with the Real Estate market here and the amazing things this city has to offer. Prior to Real Estate, Tara was a Health and Physical Education Teacher for 11.5 years.
Tara was raised in the inner city and now resides in the South Hills with her husband, two children, and their two Goldendoodles. She is an avid health and fitness advocate and loves being outdoors in her free time.

Sara Suler
Property Manager
Sara joined Citylife Property Management after graduating with a degree in public health and management from Saint Francis University. Post-graduation, she worked as a sales executive for a software company while managing a team of business development representatives. She was first exposed to real estate/property management at an early age because her father has managed and sold various properties over the past 20 years. With Citylife, Sara fields prospective tenant leads, shows properties, handles tenant communication and satisfaction, and everything and anything else we need to run the best property management company in the country!
Sara was born in Pittsburgh and has moved a total of five times throughout Western PA. She currently lives in the heart of Southside, just a few blocks away from Citylife HQ. In her free time Sara likes to travel, cook, workout and spend quality time with friends and family.

Alex Pershing
Property Manager, Tenant Relations
Alex grew up in Elizabeth, PA and moved to West Mifflin in 2020. He spent the last 4 years working as a District Manager for GNC helping customers achieve their fitness and health goals. He is passionate about helping people and being able to make a difference in each interaction he has. His love of real estate and enthusiasm around helping people is what drew him to join CityLife. Alex is dedicated to providing tenants with the best experience possible.
In his free time, Alex loves to be outside. He is usually fishing, exploring nature, or at the gym.

Genevieve Carlson
Associate Property Manager, Tenant Relations
Genevieve grew up in the Sewickley area of Pittsburgh, attended New York University and graduated in May 2022 with a double major in Global Studies and Spanish language. She studied in Paris as a freshman, then went to New York City as a sophomore, where she worked for a fashion and real estate startup in Brooklyn. The following year, she interned with an Argentine nonprofit organization while studying in Buenos Aires for 9 months. Genevieve loves to read and learn, create and enjoy art, and have fun with her friends and family.
She was introduced to the real estate business by her mother, a local agent, and her grandmother, a broker and business-owner, who taught her to imagine the possibilities when people are brought together in beautiful spaces. She is very proud and excited to be kickstarting her career with the team at CityLife.

Valerie Downs
Bookkeeping Specialist
Valerie worked as a bookkeeper and administrative assistant in property management for 15 years. Prior to working in property management, she was a staffing supervisor for Nursefinders of Western Pennsylvania where she oversaw 400 nursing personnel for 10 years. She has her business management associate’s degree from the Cleveland Institute of Technology.
Valerie was born and raised in Pittsburgh and currently resides in Stowe Township. She is a proud mother of two and a grandmother of one. Valerie hasn’t met an M&M that she didn’t like and is an avid Pittsburgh Steeler and Penguin fan.

Rachel Bucci
Transaction Manager
Rachel began her career working behind the scenes at a real estate company in Pittsburgh where she handled all transactions from an agent/broker perspective. After working with all types of aspects of a business in this position, she decided to explore another path in graphic design. She got a degree in graphic design and ran a freelance business for five years prior to obtaining a cosmetology license and practicing for eight years. Over time, her love for real estate was still strong and she was drawn back to this field. She found her position at CityLife and it was the perfect fit! In her current position as a transaction manager, Rachel handles contracts, inspections, coordinating closings and anything else that is needed for closing a deal.
Rachel is originally from Upper St. Clair and now resides in Homestead. When she’s not working, Rachel enjoys spending time with her partner, son, two cats, and dog.

Ryan Schanck
Inside Sales Agent
Ryan was born and raised in the South Hills of Pittsburgh, Ryan has a background in business and real estate. He bought his first rental property when he was 21 and fell in love with real estate ever since. He has traveled all over the world and moved to the west coast for a couple years before moving back to Pittsburgh and joining the City Life team. Ryan works in our Acquisitions department where he helps us acquire properties and analyzes every deal that is brought to him. He strives to create a win/win solution for everyone involved.
Ryan currently resides in Moon Township. When he is not working, he enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, sporting events, the outdoors and taking his French bulldog on walks.

Brett Zanotto
Inside Sales Agent
Born and raised in Pittsburgh, Brett graduated with a degree in Marketing from Duquesne University. Brett is a licensed Realtor with RE/MAX City Life and will be working with the Acquisitions team. He is excited and looking forward to contributing to the growing City Life Team.
Brett is a huge Pittsburgh Steelers fan and enjoys golfing and eating chocolates.

Leandra Watson
Director of Business Operations
Leandra is an experienced HR and Operations professional. After graduating from the University of Dayton in 2015 with a B.A./M.A. in Communication, Leandra began working in the title industry where she focused on process and systems implementation and management. She then went on to work in the SaaS industry where she deepened her experience in business operations and HR and earned her SHRM-CP in 2019.
Leandra grew up in Sewickley, PA and currently resides in Shaler, PA with her husband, Kyle, and their two dogs, Copper and Porter. In her free time, she enjoys going to concerts, traveling, and spending time with her family and friends.

Jonathan Dinkfelt
Accounting Manager
Jonathan started his career with Grant Thornton where he spent 4 years as an Audit Associate. His primary responsibilities were audit processes and team management/leadership. He is an alumnus of Duquesne University where he graduated with his Bachelor’s in Accounting in December 2016.
Jonathan currently resides in the South Hills of Pittsburgh where he grew up. He enjoys playing guitar and participating in several Pittsburgh Ultimate Rec Leagues.

Leah Bluebaugh
Staff Accountant
Leah is a 2021 graduate from the University of Pittsburgh at Johnstown and is excited to start her career here at CityLife.
Leah is originally from the Somerset Area, close to Seven Springs Ski resort. She has always had an eye on the city of Pittsburgh and knew this is the place she wanted to be. In her free time, you can find her skiing at Seven Springs or Hidden Valley Resorts in the winter, and hiking with her dog Winston in the summer to enjoy the gorgeous Laurel Highlands scenery.
